Having to work with funeral care is never something anyone looks forward to. However, when you are faced with the difficult situation of losing a loved one, working with someone who is soft spoken and truly cares and goes above and beyond to ensure everything goes as planned is priceless. Randy was professional, responsive, kind and compassionate when we lost my dad unexpectedly in October. He was so flexible and even came to our home to help us make plans which made it easier on my mother. He communicated every step of the way regarding the cremation process so we knew what to expect. He even personally delivered my father's remains to my mother. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Randy and the Ankeny Cremation and Funeral Care.
